I've been quite fond of my daily "natural" makeup look lately. I thought I would share the products that I've been using and have been loving...
After I have finished toning, priming, and moisturizing my face, I apply my foundation. In this case, it's the It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream. I apply it using my Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Makeup Sponge. This allows it to blend out more flawlessly and create a more natural look. The CC+ Cream gives you medium coverage while feeling like a moisturizer. It's become my holy grail and I can't stop reaching for it.
After that is applied, I work on lightly bronzing up my face. This gives the illusion that you haven't been stuck inside your house all winter, but have actually been at a resort on a tropical island.
If I'm going for a full-face or nighttime look, I will contour. Usually, I'll just stick to bronzing up my face with the Benefit Hoola Bronzer using the Sephora Classic Contour Powder Brush #52 .
Around this time, I will add some color back into my cheeks with the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Blush in "10 Rosy". This blush isn't too overpowering but gives just the right amount of flush.
Onto the favorite part of doing my makeup, THE EYES/EYEBROWS! I'll usually switch up my eye makeup from day-to-day. Lately, however, I've been OBSESSED with the Lovatics by Demi Palette from NYC in "Natural". It took me forever to get my hands on this palette but I found it at my local Target. This palette is comparable to Urban Decay's Naked 2 palette. In my opinion, anyway. You can achieve wonderful natural looks to smokey eye nighttime looks. This palette cost a whopping $4.49. I'll then follow up by using the Maybelline Master Precise Eyeliner in "Black" and coat on my favorite mascara from Loreal, the Voluminous Waterproof Mascara in "Carbon Black".
For brows, I've been loving this NEW Instant Lift Brow Pencil in "Taupe". I'll be doing a separate review on this product, so I won't go too far into detail, but it's an affordable option that you should try.
I'll eventually make my way to my lips. No matter the color I plan on wearing, I will always line my lips with the Mac Cosmetics Lipliner in "Whirl". I'll coat my lips with a non-sticky lip cream from Buxom in "White Russian".
This will complete my Go-To "Natural" Makeup look. If you are interested in seeing my nighttime look, leave a comment below letting me know.
